2012 is flying past, a leap year indeed!
Purses have been tightened but a new outlook on health and fitness is emerging on a global scale. Starting with myself! Now that I am reaching my mid thirties – swallow, gulp! I am noticing a change in my approach to eating and exercise and a new found focus on finding that all important ‘me time’ to fit these elements into my daily routine.
Finding a few friends that I can swap treatments with has been a massive benefit and created a whole new social life and networking field. I have started running! Yes, running! Something that I would not have dreamed of doing a year ago, being out with the elements makes me feel alive again and in touch with nature AND helps me realise you need to work at it to remain fit and healthy. It does not happen when by just eating a healthy diet, you need to work your body!
Zumba, another new fad that I have jumped on, is fantastic. Hands up, my rhythm needs working on but I certainly work up a sweat and feel energised after a class!
Reflexology and Indian Head Massage treatments are so vital to our daily lives..Why? It’s time to release the tension in our bodies, time to breathe, time to let go of the endless speech bubbles going round and round in our heads all the time. Reflexology helps eliminate the toxins and strengthens the immune system by doing so. Indian Head Massage is the prefect treatment to unwind with at the end of the day. Release shoulder tension, clear the mind and get ready for a good nights sleep!
This year feels like it’s all about focusing on the body and it’s fitness levels. Looking after yourself and strengthening the muscles and immune system.
Hold a Pamper Evening to let you and your friends indulge and share in some relaxing treatments and get started ona fitness routine!
