As a Qualified Reflexologist since 2005 and Indian Head Massage and Swedish Massage since 2010. I have now qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2018. I have finally discovered my true calling and have not looked back since! I thoroughly enjoy working with people and helping them to find a sense of balance and relief, on a physical and emotional level. My passion lies in living a holistic approach to life and empowering people to do the same.
How did I become a Holistic Therapist? Whilst working as an Analyst in various Blue Chip companies, I found that I often suffered from migraines and general tension in my neck and shoulders. After receiving a lengthy course of Osteopath treatments I thought there must be another way to obtain stress relief and maintain a pain free body.
I searched the internet for solutions and discovered Reflexology, after having just a few treatments and experiencing the enormous release of tension in my body and mind I decided to train as a Reflexologist.
I qualified as a Reflexologist in July 2005 with the Margaret Corbishely School of Reflexology. I have finally discovered my true calling and have not looked back since! I thoroughly enjoy working with people and helping them to find a sense of balance and relief, on a physical and emotional level.

It is essential to time out for our bodies to de-stress and build up the much needed energy that we require from it. Having treatments on a regular basis can help you become more in-tune with your body’s physical and emotional needs, and keep illness at bay.
Receiving Holistic treatments in your own home has the added benefit of saving you time and effort.
Foot Health Treatments
Foot Health Practitioners treat the feet in a way to bring them to the best possible condition that they can be. We aim to adjust nail shape and thickness, hard skin and callus reducation and corn removal. Improve pronation with orthotics, biomechanics and padding support. Looking after the feet leads to many beneifts that we take for granted. Painful nails, hardskin or verrucas for instance, can alter the way a person walks – leading to other problems that if left for too long can reduce quality of daily life. Treatments are recommended every 4-6 weeks to keep problematic areas at bay and to maintain healthy nail, skin and appearance of the feet.
The appointment times fit in well with family life and hectic schedules.
